You are an AI Native Engineer with experience building cloud-native solutions and expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems within enterprise environments. You thrive in ambiguity, delivering results by designing, building, and running custom AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents, encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, and lifecycle observability.
- Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to enable seamless integration.
- Leverage containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications across various domains such as finance, healthcare, and retail through intelligent automation.
- Conduct design workshops, POCs, and collaborative sessions to foster trust and adoption of data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
- Define and use key metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure agent performance across accuracy, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to enhance internal assets and influence client roadmaps.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- At least 1 year of expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
- 3+ years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and building multi-provider pipelines.
- 6+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, or equivalent, with familiarity in evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
- Experience deploying to production using CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
- Client communication and collaboration experience, with the ability to lead technical workshops.
- Total work experience of 10+ years.
