About the Role
As an AI Operations Intern, you will build, run, and maintain the automations that move creator campaigns from invitation to live ad. As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to run a small number of brand campaigns yourself. You will work directly with your lead to set priorities and collaborate with the CRM team to ensure every creator touchpoint is consistent. This is a hands-on builder role where you will spend your time shipping real workflows that the team depends on, rather than just observing.

Responsibilities
Phase 1: Build and Run the Automations
You will own automations across the campaign lifecycle, prioritized together with your lead.
Creator Engagement
- Build automated reminders and follow-ups that guide creators from accepting a campaign to posting their first ad
- Create weekly reports on communication sent, response rates, and failures
- Alert the team when a creator requires a response or has missed a deadline
Ad Quality
- Automate the detection, collection, and quality check of new ads before review
- Integrate AI ad-scoring results into the workflow: updating creator records, drafting feedback for team approval, and ensuring fixes are completed
Tracking and Reporting
- Automate the feeding of campaign data from internal systems into trackers and dashboards
- Create alerts for campaign milestones and identify campaigns falling behind targets
How the Work Is Done
- Utilize tools such as n8n, Claude, and others for building automation
- Document every automation: including triggers, actions, ownership, and shutdown procedures
- Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure consistent messaging for creators
Phase 2: Run Campaigns Alongside Your Automation Work
Once settled in, you will take on several brand campaigns while still dedicating time to building automations. Initially, you will shadow a campaign owner for about a week and start with lower-risk brands. For each campaign, you will:
- Match creators to the campaign and send invitations
- Onboard accepted creators and ensure they meet posting deadlines
- Monitor creators going live and track ad performance against weekly targets
- Oversee each ad through quality review, feedback, and necessary fixes
- Maintain updated campaign records and proactively flag any blockers
- Transform repetitive campaign tasks into new automations
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI: you should have built or used real workflows with large language models (LLMs) and be able to articulate your experiences, including challenges faced and solutions implemented
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with a habit of thorough documentation
- Ownership-minded with a proactive attitude, raising problems early
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment where processes are continuously evolving
