AI Platform Engineer

This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves a range of responsibilities centered around the operation and support of AI platforms. You will monitor AI applications to ensure continuous availability, handle incident management, provide support for AI agents and workflows, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service configurations. Additionally, you will operate Azure API Management, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with engineering teams to uphold security and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor and support AI applications, maintaining operational dashboards.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis on the Gernas platform.
• Troubleshoot workflows and diagnose failures across AI frameworks.
• Manage Azure Kubernetes Service hosting and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate Azure API Management and provide support for integration tools.
• Utilize observability tools for performance monitoring and optimizations.
• Support operations for voice AI capabilities and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Validate releases prior to deployment and manage configurations.
• Ensure security and compliance across AI products.
• Automate operational tasks and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Participate in 24×7 support and ensure readiness for new integrations.

Technical Skills Required:

• 5–7 years of experience in cloud application support, platform engineering, or DevOps.
• Expertise in Cloud AI Services, Kubernetes, API management, and Voice AI.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field; relevant master's degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 5–7 years in IT with a focus on AI, machine learning, or cloud-native platforms; familiarity with regulated environments is beneficial.
