Key Responsibilities:
- Identify AI Tools: Proactively discover and rigorously test 15-20+ emerging AI tools and platforms weekly.
- Transform AI Potential: Create evaluations and share insights with senior leadership on promising AI solutions.
- Promote AI Adoption: Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and spearhead pilot programs for AI tools.
- Build AI Knowledge Hub: Maintain a database of tested tools and track their success to become the company’s expert on AI innovations.
Ideal Profile:
- Passionate About AI: Demonstrable passion for AI, with personal projects or community engagement preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years from tech or startups, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proactive Nature: A natural self-starter with the ability to navigate the AI landscape independently.
- Hands-On Experience: Comfortable with various AI tools, understanding prompt engineering, and basic programming or data analysis skills.
- Effective Communicator: Ability to articulate complex AI concepts simply and create engaging demos.
- Resilient & Action-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 22,000/month plus up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free.
