AI Product Analyst

Join Puffy, a top 5 US mattress brand experiencing robust growth with 100% YoY sales. We are looking for an AI Product Analyst to drive transformative change through identifying, testing, and championing innovative AI tools that enhance our business operations and customer experience. You will report directly to the Chief AI Operations Officer, engaging with top executives and contributing to our AI strategy in a dynamic working environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Discover and rigorously evaluate 15-20+ emerging AI tools weekly, identifying practical applications.
• Translate AI potential into business reality by creating evaluations and sharing insights with senior leadership.
• Partner with diverse teams to drive AI adoption and lead pilot programs.
• Maintain a dynamic database of tested AI tools and serve as the go-to expert for AI innovations.

Ideal Profile: We seek an individual passionate about AI, with:

• 1-3 years of experience in tech or dynamic digital environments, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with strong hands-on skills in AI tools and basic knowledge of programming or data analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex AI concepts simply.
