AI Product Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Design Lead to work on high-impact, next-generation digital initiatives in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior design professional who can combine product thinking, human-centered design, and AI to create intuitive and meaningful AI-powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design / UX with strong leadership experience.
• Design AI-powered products, including Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, or AI agents.
• Engage in 0-to-1 product design experience from discovery and concept through prototyping and delivery.
• Transform complex requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Lead designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and present design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Experience with designing AI-powered products.
• Strong product design leadership skills.
• Familiarity with government projects or large-scale digital transformations is a plus.
