Responsibilities

Setting the Product Vision: Create the roadmap for our AI agents and automated workflows.
Talking Tech with Engineers: Use your Python and AI knowledge to help developers make choices about cost, speed, and accuracy.
Writing Technical Stories: Turn business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and code requirements for agile sprints.
Keeping Agents Safe: Build tests and guardrails to ensure our AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpful.
Tracking Success: Analyze user feedback and data to identify ways to enhance our AI agents' performance.

Requirements

Able to work onsite in our Riyadh office.
Python Skills: Real experience writing or reading Python code.
Agentic Tech Knowledge: Experience using AI tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG systems.
Product Experience: Experience managing tech products or working as a lead software engineer.
Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex AI models to business teams in simple terms.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfort with the experimental and fast-changing world of Generative AI.
