AI Product Owner

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to lead our new AI agent products in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will sit between business and tech teams, turning big ideas into working, autonomous AI tools. A strong technical background is essential, and proficiency in Python is required, along with an understanding of how AI agents think, use tools, and solve multi-step problems.

Responsibilities

• Setting the Product Vision: Create the roadmap for our AI agents and automated workflows.
• Talking Tech with Engineers: Use your Python and AI knowledge to help developers make choices about cost, speed, and accuracy.
• Writing Technical Stories: Turn business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and code requirements for agile sprints.
• Keeping Agents Safe: Build tests and guardrails to ensure our AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpful.
• Tracking Success: Analyze user feedback and data to identify ways to enhance our AI agents' performance.

Requirements

• Able to work onsite in our Riyadh office.
• Python Skills: Real experience writing or reading Python code.
• Agentic Tech Knowledge: Experience using AI tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG systems.
• Product Experience: Experience managing tech products or working as a lead software engineer.
• Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex AI models to business teams in simple terms.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfort with the experimental and fast-changing world of Generative AI.
