AI Product Owner

The AI Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI-driven products that align with business objectives and enterprise AI strategy. This role bridges business stakeholders, data science, and engineering teams, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable value while adhering to governance, compliance, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate brings a blend of management consulting experience and hands-on exposure to AI startups, combining strategic thinking with execution agility.

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products in alignment with organizational goals.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Ensure AI products comply with internal governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products; monitor performance and adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or data-driven products, or management consulting background with experience in strategy, operating models, and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
