AI- Project Manager

Synechron is seeking an AI- Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. As a global consulting firm, we leverage our expertise in digital solutions to transform businesses. Our services include cutting-edge technologies across Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, Digital, Cloud & DevOps, Data, and Software Engineering, primarily for the financial services and technology sectors.

The role encompasses delivering comprehensive project management solutions, including the development of delivery plans, resource allocation matrices, and use case implementation trackers. You will be responsible for maintaining a continuous log of issues and risks, managing change requests, and producing vendor coordination reports. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan outlining milestones, dependencies, and phases.
• Create a resource allocation matrix mapping internal and external resources.
• Maintain a use case implementation tracker to capture development and testing status.
• Log delivery blockers and conduct ongoing risk assessments.
• Document scope changes and their impacts.
• Summarize vendor activities and performance against SLAs.
• Produce regular progress reports and status dashboards.
• Conduct evaluations of delivery performance post-implementation.
