AI Prompt Engineer Intern

About the Role

the company is looking for a driven, detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer Intern to join our team in Dubai for a 6-month, fully on-site internship. In this role, you will be deeply immersed in the world of Voice AI LLMs, writing, testing, and refining the prompt architectures that power high-stakes voice interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Voice AI Prompt Writing: Design, test, and optimize conversational prompt scripts specifically tailored for real-time Voice AI applications.
• Client-Specific Adaptations: Develop tailored prompt systems and persona frameworks across a diverse portfolio of client accounts and industries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product managers, and external client stakeholders to continuously improve conversational accuracy and tone.
• Iterative Evaluation: Analyze edge cases, user responses, and latency factors to continuously refine prompt performance and eliminate hallucinations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the principles of prompt engineering.
• Keen interest in Voice AI, conversational design, and natural language processing.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to nuance, tone, and logic.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple projects in a dynamic startup setting.
• Availability to work fully on-site at our Dubai office during standard business hours.
• Fluent Hindi/Urdu speakers preferred.
