We are seeking an individual contributor to join our expanding team of specialists. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Cloud Infrastructure, application development, and pre-trained AI, along with a strong Cloud IaaS/PaaS mindset. You will be instrumental in helping customers progress from identifying business challenges to implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to bring technical expertise and help close business deals.
- Stay current with OCI pre-trained AI Services including AI Language, Vision, Document Understanding, Speech, Digital Assistant, and Generative AI.
- Work closely with product engineering teams to maintain leading knowledge and market understanding.
- Identify business requirements with customers and formalize them for solution development.
- Create proof of concepts and pilots tailored to customer needs.
- Document patterns and reference architectures for global reuse.
- Interact with various customer roles including CIO, CTO, and IT Architects.
- Advise on integration strategies and application modernization using pre-trained AI.
- Develop and deliver effective Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of planning and delivering AI-enhanced applications.
- Detailed knowledge of architectural approaches including conversational AI, image recognition, and speech-to-text.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT market trends related to pre-trained AI.
- Proven knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Gen2 and the Oracle Applications portfolio.
- Familiarity with AI offerings from AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Relevant cloud application development or AI-related certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to persuade others through presentations and demonstrations.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
