Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with client stakeholders; convert business priorities into qualified AI use cases and solution requirements.
- Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures for generative AI, agentic AI, conversational AI, intelligent search, document intelligence, and AI-enabled applications utilizing the Microsoft cloud stack.
- Develop working demonstrations, accelerators, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate usability and integration.
- Oversee the technical workstream of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, detailing architecture, solution narratives, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Define appropriate patterns for RAG, grounding, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop scenarios based on use case requirements.
- Evaluate model and platform options considering quality, security, data residency, and costs, effectively communicating trade-offs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Present solutions through workshops and demonstrations while addressing inquiries from enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with account and delivery teams to identify opportunities and reusable assets while ensuring realistic scope commitments.
- Aid in technical due diligence, implementation planning, and the transition to delivery after project awards.
- Stay current on Microsoft AI services and emerging patterns, creating valuable pre-sales assets.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise solution consulting.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building generative AI solutions with large language models, including AI agents and enterprise RAG.
- Proven experience in delivering AI solutions beyond proof-of-concept, with strong knowledge of production engineering and operational support.
- Proficient in Python and APIs/SDKs; familiarity with C#/.NET is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of LLM application patterns, including prompt engineering and hybrid retrieval.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and databases.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and responsible AI controls.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience in discovery, proposal development, and solution presentations.
- Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and implementation plans under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex concepts concisely.
