In this role, you will define, shape, and deliver enterprise-scale AI and data science solutions that support complex digital transformation programs (Oil & Gas preferred) in Saudi Arabia and the region. You will lead the architecture and design of end-to-end AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions from ideation to production, translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and secure AI and data architectures. Key responsibilities include defining solution blueprints, providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with cloud-native architectures, and embedding responsible AI and data governance principles into solution designs. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and support pre-sales activities by shaping AI solution approaches and value propositions.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, moving from a hands-on AI engineer, developer, or solution architect role into leadership. Proven experience in designing and implementing AI systems, a strong background in solution architecture for AI platforms, and hands-on development experience (Python, ML frameworks, APIs) are essential. Knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, cloud platforms, Explainable AI, and distributed systems is required, along with preferred experience in industrial environments such as Oil & Gas.
