Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture with:
- Good years of experience in designing and deploying AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
- A strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, and systems integration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiar with data pipeline tools and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, security, and privacy considerations in AI systems.
- Experience in designing AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, datalakes, CMS, APIs).
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Data & Integration:
- Familiarity with data engineering tools and ETL pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI with enterprise platforms and legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.
