Location: UAE operations

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience: 6 to 8 years in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture with:
- Good years of experience in designing and deploying AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
- A strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, and systems integration.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiar with data pipeline tools and frameworks.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of data architecture, security, and privacy considerations in AI systems.
Experience in designing AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, datalakes, CMS, APIs).
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Data & Integration:

Familiarity with data engineering tools and ETL pipelines.
Ability to integrate AI with enterprise platforms and legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.
