Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Analytics Use Case Enablement: Lead the setup of AA & AI use case squads, ensuring proper identification and nomination of all required roles within each squad. Liaise with Business Units (BUs) to align on objectives, scope, and execution plans for AI use cases.
- Platform & Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with the Analytics Platform Administration Manager to set up the required infrastructure and request system access for use case squad members.
- Model Development Support: Work closely with AA & AI use case squads to identify and resolve bottlenecks during the model development phase.
- Operationalization & Production Readiness: Ensure smooth and seamless transfer of models into the production environment and validate that all operational aspects are functioning as intended post-deployment.
- Change Management & Business Adoption: Collaborate with ABP teams and BUs to support change management and ensure successful adoption of AA & AI outputs into Business-as-Usual processes.
- Governance, Reporting & Value Tracking: Conduct operational governance by recording, tracking, and reporting progress across different development and value-realization stages of AA & AI use cases.
- Impact Measurement & Financial Alignment: Support the Center of Innovation (COI), Business Units, and Finance teams in establishing impact-tracking methodologies for AA & AI use cases.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Technical & Domain Knowledge: Excellent understanding of machine learning models and AI-driven analytics solutions.
- AI & Data Development Familiarity: Basic familiarity with key AI development concepts, such as data engineering, model building, and deployment.
- Tools & Technologies: Basic knowledge of Python, R, and DataRobot (preferred/nice to have).
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to work across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- Execution & Delivery: Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
