What You'll Do
- Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), from strategy definition to implementation governance and quality assurance
- Design and deliver AI-enabled ERP use cases, including AI-accelerated tasks like test generation, data migration, and documentation, as well as implementing autonomous agents for financial close, procurement, and order to cash, all while adhering to governance and data guardrails
- Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation, aimed at minimizing customizations and reducing maintenance costs
- Contribute to the Enterprise Solutions chapter by sharing expertise, attending relevant conferences, and researching the latest technology, including GenAI and agentic AI, while authoring innovative articles
What You'll Bring
- Education: An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with strong academic performance preferred
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in driving enterprise solutions transformation programs (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), with SAP S/4HANA preferred. Strong candidates with 2 years will also be considered
- Functional Knowledge: Solid grasp of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and their implementation
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM), analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI), and AI-enabled ERP capabilities
- AI Fluency: Practical use of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) with an ability to validate output and curiosity about agentic AI applications in ERP processes
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, with intellectual agility and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders towards common goals
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the region to client sites
