As an AI Tech Consultant, you will:
- Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to adopt agile methods and modern approaches within strategic IT implementations.
- Create tailored training on Agile concepts, values, and practices, while coaching clients through their daily problem-solving using Agile methodologies.
- Shape the digital transformation for global companies, balancing overarching technical solutions with clients' specific needs.
- Design future-oriented customer journeys based on meticulous analysis of market trends and developments, including machine learning.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Consulting, with experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner managing agile software development teams.
- A proven track record in orchestrating transition and coaching for large-scale Agile programs.
- Familiarity with terms and practices related to machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit in interdisciplinary and global contexts.
- Desired formal qualifications in Agile methodologies (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org certifications, SAFe).
Language Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
