Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Definition: Develop AI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the airline industry.
- Scrum Team Leadership: Lead an Agile scrum team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- AI Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and prioritize initiatives according to strategic goals.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with AI technologies, trends, and research to drive innovation and improve AI capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of AI solutions delivered to the organization.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in AI development, focusing on defining frameworks, leading teams, and delivering AI solutions.
- Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains, with hands-on experience implementing AI algorithms and models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, along with experience in AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the airline industry or a related field is preferred.
