Position Overview
As Puffy's AI Technology Lead in Dubai, you'll own our AI adoption and innovation initiatives, revolutionizing our business processes and customer experiences. You'll identify cutting-edge AI tools, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate seamless implementations that drive measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging AI tools and platforms, meticulously evaluating their potential to revolutionize our e-commerce operations and customer experiences.
• Develop data-driven business cases for AI adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to quantify potential ROI and secure buy-in from senior leadership.
• Orchestrate end-to-end implementations of approved AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes while mitigating risks and overcoming technical challenges.
• Perform rigorous post-implementation reviews, leveraging both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to assess the value and impact of AI initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging AI awareness programs and capability-building workshops, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization.
• Collaborate with our data analytics team to develop custom AI solutions that address unique challenges in our mattress and sleep products e-commerce niche.
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI advancements, attending conferences, engaging with thought leaders, and bringing fresh insights back to Puffy to maintain our competitive edge.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of applying these to drive business value.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau) to effectively communicate the impact of AI initiatives.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to identify AI-driven opportunities for optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and their potential applications in e-commerce and customer experience.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops, build and nurture relationships with AI vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation and partnerships.
