This is a project-based opportunity on an AI training platform. We are looking for bilingual speakers to record short, casual voice clips where they naturally mix English with Chinese—just like they would in real life. There is no fixed schedule or commitment; work when it fits your schedule. Simply talk, and get paid.
You will switch between English and Chinese mid-sentence without even thinking about it—ranting about your day, discussing your favorite show, or thinking out loud in different languages. Imagine getting paid for doing just that!
Responsibilities:
- Record 1-2 minute voice clips responding to prompts or reacting to short videos.
- Speak naturally, switching between English and Chinese as you normally would in everyday conversation.
- Complete a few clips per recording session.
Requirements:
- Language: Fully bilingual—fluent or native in both English and Chinese, with a natural ability to mix the two languages while speaking.
- Equipment: Any recording device works, including your phone; no studio or special equipment needed.
- Recording Environment: A quiet room without background music, TV, traffic noise, or other people talking.
- Audio Quality: Clear voice, close to the mic, with only one speaker and no echo. A headset or earbuds with a mic is helpful but not required.
- Note: Clean and quiet audio is crucial—background noise or unclear speech can affect the approval of your recordings.
Why is this freelance opportunity a great fit for you?
- Get paid to talk—no requirement for perfect grammar or formality, earning up to $5 per hour equivalent depending on the project.
- Work from the comfort of your home or wherever you prefer.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling from home, with payment received per approved recording.
- If you naturally mix Chinese and English in your conversations, you are exactly who we are looking for.
