You'll personally map business processes, build and test AI-powered automations, and monitor and refine them in daily use. You remain accountable for output accuracy, reliable execution, exception handling, and measurable improvements in quality and turnaround time.
Role Overview
This role exists to turn business needs into reliable AI-enabled work, building reusable workflows and operating guides that help teams deliver accurate results without constant technical support. You will report directly to the Chief AI Operations Officer.
The Problems You'll Own
- Primary: Less effort, dependable results. Turn business requests into AI-enabled work that produces useful results consistently. Ensure quality holds when real inputs and exceptions arrive, making improvements repeatable with clear inputs and reliable outputs.
- Secondary: Workflows that outlast the handoff. Create understandable, maintainable, and usable workflows by the teams served, reducing reliance on technical support.
The Career Accelerator
- This is not a role where you collect prompts, run isolated demos, or pass unchecked AI output to another team. You'll work across business functions, personally build and test workflows, and take evidence and decisions directly to the Chief AI Operations Officer.
- Your first 12 months:
- Map the work, establish required outcomes, inputs, decisions, and current quality and effort baselines.
- Build and test workflows; produce AI instructions and configurations and refine them before deployment.
- Connect systems reliably; configure information flows, validate mappings and outputs, handle permissions, and retain appropriate human review.
- Improve performance; evaluate output quality, effort, turnaround, costs, reliability, and maintenance.
- Enable adoption; produce clear instructions, verify with users, and support troubleshooting.
Deliver usable workflows and checked outputs, not demonstrations alone. Good work is accurate, useful, repeatable, understandable to its users, and maintained after handoff.

What You'll Need
- 2–3 years of experience in workflow automation, process optimization, or operations involving systematic problem-solving. Logical reasoning and proven delivery matter more than job titles.
- Experience designing and delivering multi-step workflows using AI tools, along with hands-on AI delivery.
- Ability to translate business problems into clear workflows; sound judgment in testing real inputs and assessing output quality.
- Curiosity about AI, judgment about new capabilities, and strong communication skills for training and support.
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, like n8n, and basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.

Up to AED 264,000 (tax-free) total annual cash compensation; annual salary review every January; annual return flight allowance to home country; parking allowance (up to AED 7,800 annually).
