As a Senior Associate – AI Workforce Transformation (Adoption), you will be an integral part of a team focused on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. How You’ll Contribute
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the adoption strategy for AI tools and agents, setting direction, priorities, and targets.
- Defining KPIs and maintaining dashboards (Power BI and platform analytics) to measure AI adoption effectiveness.
- Running surveys, time-and-value studies, and benefit analyses to showcase impact and present findings to senior leadership, including ExCo.
- Leading the AI champions network, shaping its strategy, and providing direction for where the champions should focus their efforts.
- Designing onboarding journeys and targeted campaigns to improve AI tool utilization within teams lagging in usage.
- Integrating AI tools into everyday processes, working with line-of-service and team leads to ensure sustainable usage beyond initial launch.
- Producing compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations for leadership to inform investment decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Years of experience:
- 4+ years in AI/digital adoption, enablement, transformation, or benefits/value realization, preferably in professional services or large enterprises.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
Designations & Certifications:
- Data analytics or BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR) is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Strong capability in data and measurement, including dashboard building and interpreting analytics in Power BI and advanced Excel; familiarity with SQL is preferable.
- Knowledge of GenAI tools and the AI adoption landscape, especially regarding measuring usage and behavior change.
- Capacity to shape enablement strategies and create high-quality assets such as playbooks and campaign materials.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and present effectively to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to convert data insights into actionable recommendations.
- A self-directed ownership mindset to drive adoption initiatives without waiting for instructions.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills being a plus.
Travel Requirements:
- The role may require travel up to a certain percentage of the time, which could include regular overnight stays away from your base office. Your travel preferences will be considered when planning travel schedules.
