AI/ML Engineer

About the Job
The company is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to train and deploy speech models that power our voice communications platform. We work in Python and PyTorch on GCP. Strong deep learning fundamentals are highly appreciated.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Train large-scale speech models (STT/TTS)
• Work with modern speech architectures and push them to production
• Build and maintain ML training pipelines for real-time voice processing
• Develop evaluation frameworks and improve model performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features

Requirements

• 2+ years working with ML in production
• Strong Python + PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning
• Understanding of deep learning fundamentals
• Experience with speech/audio ML is a strong plus
• Experience with large-scale or distributed training
• Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
