AI/ML Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Security Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing AI/ML systems throughout their lifecycle, developing AI-specific security frameworks, and proactively identifying and mitigating threats in AI-driven environments. This role is critical to ensuring the trust, transparency, and resilience of our AI solutions in real-world deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure AI/ML Model Deployment:

  • Ensure secure development and deployment of AI/ML models across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Implement encryption, access controls, and runtime protections for AI workloads.
  • Validate model integrity and defend against model poisoning, evasion, and adversarial attacks.

• AI Security Framework Development:

  • Design and implement security frameworks tailored to AI/ML systems aligned with global standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and security teams to define secure AI development lifecycles (SAIDLC).
  • Establish policies and best practices for model governance, explainability, and accountability.

• Threat Monitoring & Risk Management:

  • Monitor for AI-specific threats such as model inversion, data leakage, and malicious input manipulation.
  • Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and penetration testing on AI components and pipelines.
  • Stay current with evolving AI threat landscapes and mitigation techniques.
