AI/ML Specialists (Data Scientists/ ML Engineer)

The company is currently seeking AI/ML Specialists for operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on delivery experience in banking, financial institutions, or insurance, focusing on Generative AI solutions such as chatbots and document analysis. This role emphasizes the need for implementing robust architectures with solid governance and security measures.

Requirements:

• 7 – 10 years of experience in machine learning and AI solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering (preferably BE Computer Science & Engineering)
• Professional training in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MLOps, and AI in Financial Services
• Professional qualifications such as Google Professional ML Engineer or Microsoft AI Engineer Associate
• Certifications like TensorFlow Developer Certificate and AWS Certified Machine Learning
• Ability to build and deploy ML models using Python and relevant libraries
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and model evaluation metrics
• Familiarity with AI use cases in banking, e.g., fraud detection and personalization
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker)
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management
• Ability to communicate insights and build explainable AI models
