As an Alliances Specialist - Incentive, you will support the development and execution of strategic alliances that expand offerings and strengthen customer outcomes. What You Will Do
- Support execution of alliance plans aligned to defined partner strategies and business priorities
- Coordinate with alliance partners to support joint initiatives such as go-to-market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment
- Act as an operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams
- Track and maintain alliance-related data including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics
- Support development of partner materials such as presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance
- Assist with preparation for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions
- Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership with clear context and recommended actions
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support partner involvement in customer opportunities
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in a technology or services environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes
- Experience preparing and maintaining operational materials such as trackers, presentations, or reports
- Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders in structured, professional interactions
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in technology services, managed services, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with alliance partner programs or co-selling models
- Experience supporting go-to-market or enablement activities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
