Alliances Business Development Lead

Kyndryl is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join us as an Alliances Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team dedicated to expanding Kyndryl’s services signings and revenue.
• Collaborate with Customer Partners to create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations.
• Drive the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.
• Manage key business development activities, projects, and programs to ensure our partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results.
• Craft compelling content and establish unique go-to-market programs to provide comprehensive enablement support—both business and technical.
• Serve as a liaison between our Practices, Alliance Partners, and Account teams, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on UAE and KSA.
• Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries and discuss multi-alliance collaboration and cloud technologies.
• Outstanding client management and relationship skills, with the ability to impact and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Sales experience in technical solutions.
