Key Responsibilities
- Develops and nurtures relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Supports partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, or marketing to develop joint offerings or solutions with partners.
- Drives initiatives to integrate partner technologies or services into the company's products or platforms.
- Manages go-to-market initiatives and campaigns to promote joint offerings or solutions.
- Tracks partner performance against established metrics and KPIs.
- Identifies areas for improvement or expansion with existing partnerships.
- Optimizes processes and workflows related to partnership management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Educates internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of partnerships.
- Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities that could impact partnerships.
- Manages contract renewals and amendments as necessary throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Performs any other related task as required.
Requirements
- Seasoned analytical skills with excellent business acumen.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage various internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent team player maintaining integrity with good attention to detail.
- Skilled in negotiation to renew partnership agreements.
- Experienced in strategic partner programs.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Business development experience, preferably in an IT services environment.
- Experience in a channel sales or channel management role.
- Proven history of establishing and managing alliance programs that produce revenue.
- Experience working independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve alliance objectives.
- Track record of leveraging contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue.
