Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work directly with a diverse range of clients across various industries to assess the impact of new accounting standards, proposed transactions, or other regulatory changes. Specifically, you will:
- Support the development and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, and governance documents.
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking exercises.
- Support the design and implementation of operating models, governance structures, and organizational processes.
- Manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level materials.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with client stakeholders.
- Support performance management initiatives, including KPI development and monitoring.
- Coordinate with multiple workstreams to ensure timely project delivery.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, PMO, organizational development, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with government, semi-government, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or similar) are considered an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in policy and procedure development and documentation.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and report-writing capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage workstreams independently with limited supervision.
- Experience in developing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
