AMS Lead Consultant

The AMS Lead Consultant will lead the AMS operations, ensuring effective incident and problem resolution while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities include overseeing change management activities such as enhancements and upgrades, monitoring system performance, and proactively addressing issues. The role also involves enforcing security, compliance, and audit standards, supporting end users with training and documentation, and enabling reporting and analytics that align with business needs.

Location: Zayed Military City, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 5-8 years
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Language Proficiency: English
• 8+ years of SAP AMS experience.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP Products (Ariba, SuccessFactors), and integration with other platforms (e.g., CRM, MSP, etc.).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.
