Position

The Analyst will be a member of the company's CEMEA Corporate Strategy team, which shapes the company's long-term strategy and solves enterprise-level challenges by partnering with executives and business leaders across the company's organization. This role involves addressing various topics, including go-to-market strategy, product strategy, and partnership/acquisition opportunities, many of which have an international focus. Additionally, the team is responsible for developing competitive intelligence and thought leadership on emerging trends in payments and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and design part of a strategy that enables strong sustainable competitive advantage for the company and generates tangible impact on the company's performance.
  • Breakdown complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts, independently formulate hypotheses, and support project workstreams.
  • Drive deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insight bringing a fresh and differentiated perspective, and supporting proposed recommendations.
  • Drive thought leadership with creative, novel, disruptive, but highly practical and implementable solutions to the challenges faced by business owners.
  • Ensure strategies and execution programs developed drive tangible commercial impact, secure active stakeholder buy-in and provide a clear actionable path to implementation.
  • Develop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value.
  • Develop clear, simple, and impactful executive-level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate outstanding people skills including supporting colleagues and acting as a magnet for future top talent to the strategy team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 or more years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working and living in the CISSEE (Commonwealth of Independent States & South and Eastern Europe) region is a must.
