As an Analyst within the company's Operations Practice Area, you will join a global team dedicated to delivering value to clients through expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights.
- Supporting business development and marketing efforts for operations implementation programs.
- Traveling to client sites to understand requirements and design/develop solutions.
- Supporting the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets.
You will also focus on large capital projects, leading process improvement initiatives, analyzing engineering processes for efficiency, and collaborating with engineering teams to align processes with business goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree relevant to the sector/topic or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial management with 1+ years of consulting experience or 2+ years in a related industry.
- Experience in construction and engineering process management and improvement.
- Fluency in English; other languages may be required depending on location.
- Strong analytical, data-driven skills and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Communicating confidently with case teams and clients.
- Structured project management and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborative teamwork, whether in-person or virtually.

Who You'll Work With:
As an Analyst at the company, you will engage directly with clients and collaborate with Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants, as well as with global topic leads to leverage expertise across projects.
