About the Job: - Analyze the Operations Performance and conduct gap analysis to identify improvement areas across all operations and processes by utilizing relevant performance KPIs and benchmarking results. Job Specific Accountabilities - Collect and analyze performance data associated with all Operations activities and produce comprehensive reports that provide the foundation for performance improvement plans. - Conduct detailed days reconciliation accurately to identify unknowns and uncertainties in planning, separating planning issues from actual execution efficiency/performance. - Review all operations performance indicators and recommend additions or changes to ensure that operations performance is measured in the most appropriate and efficient manner. - Analyze operational performance to identify weaknesses and best practices, developing recommendations to enhance performance across all operations. - Compile and analyze monthly management and shareholder operations performance reports, gathering input from all units/sections on their progress in implementing operational improvements and recommending remedial actions as necessary. - Participate in external benchmarking by collecting operational performance data. - Identify forecast shortfalls and collaborate with Planning and Business Improvement Management to develop corrective strategies. - Assist in preparing contractor performance evaluations. - Coordinate service performance reviews with operations contractors at regular intervals. - Provide statistical data to division/line managers regarding their objectives and performance. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering discipline (Desired) - 6 or more years of experience.
