Analyst, Business Excellence

This position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive and robust Asset/Function performance management framework to achieve business and operational objectives, support continuous feedback, ensure information transparency, and report on the performance and productivity of the Asset/Function. The role is also responsible for the implementation of asset performance scorecards.

Key responsibilities include assisting departments in achieving specific objectives within broad asset policies, consulting management on quality and performance management initiatives, and recommending solutions for business enhancements. The analyst will conduct ongoing reviews of asset performance, identify shortfalls, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement remedial actions. Additionally, this role supports the management reporting process by coordinating inputs for various forums like Quarterly Performance Reviews and works with the corporate Performance Management unit to review progress and follow up on implementation plans.

Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, specifically related to performance and quality management. Professional certifications may be required as applicable.
