The Analyst is responsible for creating process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance for IT Services. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT policies and processes, along with support for administering project management tools when applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance for IT Services.
  • Collect and document business requirements for projects and process improvement/automation efforts.
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that process outputs achieve desired results and that services meet agreed-upon service levels.
  • Conduct maturity assessments against process activities to highlight areas for improvement or concerns.
  • Identify issues and risks, bringing inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
  • Participate in problem resolution activities.
  • Track major incident management processes and ensure adherence to process and escalation requirements within various support and delivery areas.
  • Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews.
  • Extract reports and provide high-level data analysis for review.
  • Collaborate with the team to create high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify trends and use robust data to suggest improvement areas in processes and deliverables.
  • Collect and monitor results of various team initiatives.
  • Assist in building practice frameworks and guidelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant specialization area.
  • Proficiency in statistical languages and statistical software.
  • Strong technical writing capabilities and sufficient analytical skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner. Must demonstrate initiative, a positive work attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • Cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization.
  • Practical experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Comprehensive experience in business change through analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with best project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, iterative).
  • Understanding of design thinking practices.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud / AWS platforms.
