Analyst I Infrastructure Services

As an Analyst I in Infrastructure Services, you will provide technical support in infrastructure services, addressing issues and assisting with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision.
• Participating in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Working collaboratively with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental needs.
• Supporting the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
• Continuously developing and enhancing your technical skills.
• Applying problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure issues.
• Following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving.
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are also a plus.
