Analyst I Infrastructure Services

As an Analyst I in Infrastructure Services, you will provide technical support in infrastructure services by responding to issues and assisting in various tasks. Your responsibilities will include contributing to infrastructure projects under supervision, participating in the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, and supporting your team in addressing infrastructure-related challenges to meet departmental needs. Additionally, you will help develop infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records, and continue to enhance your technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in infrastructure services.
• Assist in infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems.
• Document incidents and maintain records.
• Apply problem-solving abilities to infrastructure issues.
• Follow best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
