Job Description:
Essential Job Functions include:
- Offering foundational technical support in infrastructure services.
- Assisting with infrastructure projects and assignments.
- Participating in monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborating with team members to address challenges and daily operational tasks.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
- Developing and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience.
- Demonstrating eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
- Following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.
- A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus.
