Analyst II Infrastructure Services

As an Analyst II in Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, you will provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services and assist with routine tasks. Your responsibilities include assisting in infrastructure projects, participating in basic monitoring and troubleshooting of systems, collaborating with team members to address challenges, supporting documentation maintenance, and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience while following best practices in service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus
