Analyst II Infrastructure Services

As an Analyst II in Infrastructure Services, you will provide foundational technical support, assisting in routine tasks and participating in various infrastructure projects and assignments. Key responsibilities include:

• Offering assistance in basic monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborating with team members to address daily operational tasks and infrastructure challenges.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
• Developing and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience.
• Demonstrating eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
• Following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus.
