Analyst II Infrastructure Services

The Analyst II Infrastructure Services role at DXC Technology involves providing foundational technical support in infrastructure services. Key responsibilities include offering assistance in routine tasks related to infrastructure projects and assignments, participating in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, collaborating with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks, supporting the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, developing and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience, and demonstrating eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services. Following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery is also essential.

Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, typically 1+ years of relevant work experience, proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis, proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of industry knowledge and technology. An advanced degree in a relevant field and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate are considered a plus.
