Analyst II Infrastructure Services

As an Analyst II in Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, you will provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services by assisting with routine tasks and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks, participating in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, supporting the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, developing and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience, and following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus.
