Analyst II IT Operations

As an Analyst II in IT Operations at DXC Technology, you will provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with routine tasks and infrastructure projects, participating in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, collaborating with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks, supporting the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, and developing and improving technical skills through on-the-job experience. You should demonstrate eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services while following established best practices and standards in service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus
