Principal Accountabilities

Impact on the Business
- Support and assist in conducting preliminary financial and commercial due diligence and ensure the accuracy of financial models while identifying any risks associated with investing.
- Create and analyze financial models and develop company valuations.
- Assist the Associate, Associate Director, and Director by performing analysis and preparing reports for clients and top management.
- Prepare marketing materials for client pitches, road shows, and marketing activities to achieve business growth.
- Conduct market monitoring activities, report on market information, and track capital market performance periodically while raising any project-related risks or issues to the Director or Head of Unit.
- Conduct research that assesses the existing market environment, monitor changes in external policy guidelines, and evaluate their implications on project decisions.
- Produce regular reports for management and working groups.
- Prepare and maintain the KYC, conflict checks, closing files, department database, and ensure proper documentation and filing of all client and stakeholder documents.

Customers / Stakeholders
- Support Directors on overall project planning by reporting on project schedules.
- Regularly escalate potential delays or risks identified to Directors.
- Assist Directors in the preparation of project reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
