Principal Accountabilities
Impact on the Business
- Support and assist in conducting preliminary financial and commercial due diligence, ensuring the accuracy of financial models, and identifying any risks associated with investments.
- Create and analyze financial models and develop company valuations.
- Assist the Associate, Associate Director, and Director in performing analyses and preparing reports for clients and top management.
- Prepare marketing materials for client pitches, road shows, and marketing activities to achieve growth in business.
- Conduct market monitoring activities and report on market information and capital market performance periodically, raising any risks or issues on projects to the Director or Head of Unit.
- Research the existing market environment, monitor changes in external policy guidelines, and evaluate their implications on project decisions.
- Produce regular reports for management and working groups.
- Prepare and maintain KYC, conflict checks, closing files, the department database, and ensure proper documentation and filing of all client and stakeholder documents.
Customers / Stakeholders
- Support Directors in overall project planning by reporting on project schedules.
- Escalate potential delays or risks identified on a regular basis to Directors.
- Assist Directors in the preparation of project reports.

The role requires demonstrating the correct mentality and personality when dealing with and receiving guidance from team members to ensure continuity in a harmonious environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
