Key Accountabilities

Information Sourcing & Analysis

  • Source and analyse relevant information on target companies under the supervision of the department manager, adhering to the corporate M&A strategy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate meetings between the company and potential target companies for information exchange.
  • Gather critical indicators of M&A potential within target companies, such as growth, market share, financial statements, and organisational structure.
  • Perform complex analyses on sourced data to extract essential insights for management decisions.
  • Attend meetings with target companies' representatives for issue resolution and information clarification.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Assist in report preparation for the company Distribution management, ensuring accuracy and relevance for the target audience.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring timely and correct information availability.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for meetings and presentations with both internal and external participants.

Project Management

  • Support M&A project management under departmental supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
  • Organise stakeholder meetings and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external consultants for effective and timely service delivery.
  • Prepare project status reports for management.

Due Diligence Process

  • Assist in sourcing external resources and advisors as necessary.
  • Review and analyse due diligence materials to support the business case development.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
