Analyst, Investment & Corporate Solutions

This role involves supporting the Investment & Corporate Solutions Manager during the due diligence phase of potential mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. The aim is to provide management with accurate and insightful information to assist in decision-making regarding M&A activities.

Key accountabilities include sourcing and analyzing relevant information on target companies, gathering data about key M&A indicators such as growth, competitors, market share, and financial statements, and conducting various complex analyses. Additionally, the role requires supporting the preparation of reports for the company management, ensuring they are accurate and contain all relevant information for the audience.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously are essential for success in this position.
