ANALYST, IT APPLICATIONS

Develop, maintain, and enhance IT Applications to deliver quality and cost-effective information services to meet the company's business requirements. Design and implement enterprise solutions for the e-Learning setup at ATA. Analyze user requirements, develop prototypes, and provide training to end users. Resolve technical issues between ATA and the company with the infrastructure teams. Maintain the configuration, integration, and deployment of the software systems at ATA in line with the company IT policies and procedures.

Full-time position; part of the company HQ team.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct periodic capacity planning for application systems and ensure all systems resources are adequate for current and future needs.
• Implement modifications and enhancements to existing applications and carry out required testing to ensure that the applications continue to meet the business requirements.
• Confirm project requirements by reviewing application objectives, input data, and output requirements with stakeholders.
• Liaise with concerned parties to build, test, release, and deploy changes.
• Develop necessary check statements to ensure consistency and integrity of data and processing, enabling early identification of problems and bugs, and their immediate resolution.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the oil/gas industry, including experience in analysis, design, programming, tools, and technologies relevant to application development.
• Experience with web-based architecture for application development.
