Analyst - IT Services

In this role, you will interact with different IT groups, ensuring the appropriate supply chain of assets for our Riyadh office. You will coordinate equipment delivery, support colleagues’ needs, and manage IT equipment logistics and hardware life-cycle management. Responsibilities include the setup, configuration, restoration, and shipment of IT equipment, along with inventory management and purchasing activities.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in configuring IT equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobile devices, etc.)
• Strong understanding of technical aspects and solid experience in purchasing and logistics
• Excellent technical IT skills, particularly in PC configuration
• Strong service orientation with a careful approach to work
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• Team player with independence and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills
