Analyst

This is a 12-month secondment to the company that aims to educate, inspire personal growth, and build professional confidence for the secondee. This role will rotate across different functions within Market Development for the secondee to gain critical experience and exposure across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of a wide array of programs across the company's business.
• Assist in analyzing and interpreting user data, considering context and bias, while highlighting data issues and inconsistencies.
• Learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to the team.
• Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and more.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to implement action plans that support the business.
• Conduct desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.
• Show eagerness to learn new business knowledge, technologies, tools, or systems.
