Responsibilities
- Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of a wide array of programs across the company's business.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting user data, considering context and bias, while highlighting data issues and inconsistencies.
- Learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to the team.
- Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and more.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to implement action plans that support the business.
- Conduct desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.
- Show eagerness to learn new business knowledge, technologies, tools, or systems.
